Here’s what you’ll need (serves 2):
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 3/4 cups whole milk
- 1/2 tsp. mint extract
- Green food coloring
- Whipped cream
Combine ice cream, milk, and mint extract in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding drops of green food coloring until you reach your desired color.
