Peacock Passion – How To Make Peacock Feather Place Card Holders

Peacocks are the epitome of natural beauty. Their vivid colors and unique features are nothing less than stunning and are an eye-catching way to add natural beauty to any occasion.  Want to add a little peacock passion to your next event? This easy-to-make peacock feather place card holder will do just the trick.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Peacock feathers (we found ours at our local craft store)
  • Ribbon
  • Cardstock paper
  • Scissors
  • Hole punch

First, cut your paper to your desired size for name tags and hole punch one end. Push both ends of your cut ribbon into the hole, leaving what looks like a loop at the end. Next, slide the bottom of your peacock feather through the loop, making sure that the back of the feather is facing the same way as the longer pieces of ribbon. Tie the ribbon in a tight knot and write your guest’s name on the side of the tag without the knot. Now you have a beautiful place card holder!

Are you creating unique place card holders for your wedding? What do you think of the peacock trend? We would love to hear the projects you’re working on.
