While we’re lucky to be based in sunny California, we realize that many of you are stuck in a drab winter tundra right about now. So we thought it’d be fun to share a little of our colorful sunshine with you and to give you something to look forward to.
Introducing our Southern Charm Tablescape Collaboration. With this collaboration, we’ve fused sunshine, outdoor space, southern sophistication, and rustic charms. All to bring you an inspiring warm look. This theme is suitable for any sunny outdoor event, and even better for bringing the outdoors in during a drab winter.
Check out our behind-the-scenes shoot for yourself with our Southern Charm video.
This Southern Charm look consists of crisp corals and peaches coupled with the natural textures of burlap and delicate lace. It perfectly conveys a natural yet feminine look, making it perfectly rustic, charming, and quintessentially Southern.
For this venture, we joined forces with a team of San Francisco Bay Area wedding experts. With their professional talents, we created a look one would expect of classic Southern charm.
Meet William of Picture Chest Photography, our guest photographer for the day. With our outdoor shoot, William was in his element. When asked about his inspirations, he told us that natural and outdoorsy locales were his favorites. He is also passionate about capturing real, happy, and candid moments which translated well during this shoot. It’s obvious to us that he had a blast capturing our candid moments as well as the natural elements of the table.

His pro tip? Shooting during overcast is actually better for lighting control.
For our flower arrangements, meet Audrey of Honey Pear Floral Design. Based on her floral creations, it’s obvious that she has an eye for design. But in speaking with her, you can sense her love and dedication for art as a whole. Her bouquets were balanced but not boring, and wild yet beautiful. We asked her to call out any budding color trends in wedding florals to which she remarked “You can’t really force a color trend. It’s all about the bride and it ultimately depends on her choices for her big day.” This girl clearly works hand-in-hand with the brides to bring their floral dreams to reality.
Here’s her pro tip: Always factor in how laborious floral arranging can be. People don’t really understand the amount of work required to curate, clean, treat, and arrange a bouquet.
